We have all seen the various tweets from Tonto Dikeh aimed at insulting Mercy Johnson. Corn City is highly impressed with the mature responses from Lola and Mercy Johnson to Tonto Dikeh's immature twitter rantings! Way to go, babes. No need to engage in immature tweeter bickering over nothing.    What's your take on these responses?    

Eight-month-old Xiao Bao is lucky to be alive after he was stabbed 90 times by his mother, mostly in the face, for biting her while she was breastfeeding. He needed more than 100 stitches after the incident in Xuzhou, eastern China's Jiangsu Province. The infant lives with his mother and two uncles, who make a living recycling rubbish. It was one of the uncles who discovered Xiao Bao lying in a pool of blood in the yard of their home and rushed him to hospital.  What a "wicked" mother! How could she stab her innocent 8-month old son 90 times just because he bit her breast?!!! Do you think she's normal or mentally ill?

The former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, was today discharged and acquitted by the Court of Appeal in Lagos for the murder of Kudirat Abiola. The judgment overturns that of the Lagos High Court which convicted and sentenced the retired colonel in January 2012 and sentenced him to death by hanging. The Court of Appeal, in their ruling, said there was not enough evidence to incriminate Al-Mustapha in the murder of Late Mrs Abiola. Chief  MKO Abiola's wife was shot dead on June 4, 1996, on what was alleged to be the orders of Al-Mustapha. 

Popular Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Olayinka James, also known as Baba Ijesha on Saturday tied the knot with his heart throb who according to sources, is a management staff at Samsung in Lagos.. The actor had his traditional wedding at Eko FM hall in Ikeja last year with several industry stakeholders available for the star studded event.  Mr Latin, another funny bone in the Yoruba movie industry was in attendance at his white wedding which was held recently. Pregnant Yoruba actress Taiwo Aromokun who married in style last year is set to welcome her first child any moment from now. Few weeks ago, a couple of her friends gathered together to surprise her with an elegant baby shower. Nollywood celebrities who graced the event include Bisi Ibidapo Obe, Moji Olaiya among others.
