15 Tips for Talking to Women And Attracting Them Like Crazy

Many men are never taught how to talk to women. Because of this many guys go throug h life without the ability to attract a woman. Here are 15 tips to help make sure you aren’t making mistakes with the women you’d like to attract: 1.   You should talk about “emotional” topics like childhood memories, future ambitions, or her passions . These conversation topics will open up her emotional floodgates. 2. Women want a guy who is not afraid to lead her . While talking to a woman take control of the conversation. Never wait for her to dictate what you’ll be talking about. 3.  Pay attention to the non-verbal cues a woman is giving you . If you’re standing too close to her, accidentally spitting when you talk, or making her feel uncomfortable in any way… she will send you hints. Pay attention to them. 4. Portuguese boss warns club they risk losing out on his services. Jose Mourinho has warned Chelsea to act fast if they want to secure his return to Stamford Bridge according to  The Sun . The Real Madrid boss has been strongly linked to take over from interim boss Rafa Benitez this summer. The Special One looks certain to leave Real Madrid after falling out with a number of the club’s senior players including Iker Casillas. His time at the Bernabeu now looks certain to come to an end this summer and he is currently the fans’ and bookies’ favourite to become the new Chelsea manager. But a number of clubs are thought to be interested in Mourinho and it now appears Chelsea will have to act fast to seal his signature. Hospital uses iPad to keep mothers and newborns connected

All a new mother wants to do is stare at her baby for hours, marveling at every tiny movement. But sometimes mom and baby must be separated, like when a newborn needs extra medical attention in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit. “Whether they’re born prematurely or if they have post-delivery complications, there’s that gap of 24-48 hours where they can’t see their baby,” said Yvonne Kidder, clinical nurse at Cedars-Sinai. Problem solved. New mom Tana Navarro communicates with her baby over an iPad from her recovery room. Nurses are on the other end with Tana’s baby, who was born eight weeks early. Tana can see her daughter in real time and get answers to her many questions. Nurses at Cedars-Sinai have called this program “Baby Time.” “It is electronic, but it is so reminiscent of what normal bonding would consist of — all the auditory, all the visual cues,” said Dr. Charles F. Simmons Jr., Chief of Pediatrics at Cedars-Sinai. It’s not all one-sid

How to Manage a Micromanaging Boss

I saw this on Twitter and decided to share the content itself please read, like and don't forget to leave a comment  Every morning when I arrived at my office, I used to find a to-do list printed out and neatly laid on my keyboard, courtesy of my boss. But this wasn't a typical bulleted list — it was a long (upwards of three pages), drawn-out document, where each bullet point was accompanied by paragraphs of elaboration, laying out to the very smallest of details exactly how I should accomplish the task. And as I stared at this book (er, document), wondering if it would somehow look less menacing after my morning coffee, I couldn't help but think,  Wouldn't it have taken her less time to just complete the things on the list ? And the micromanaging didn't stop there — she constantly asked for updates on my progress, added to and modified the list, and ultimately refused to let me do my job on my terms. For a while, I thought it was impossible to change my bo

Wesley Snipes Turns 50 In Prison

Mug shot of Wesley Snipes. (Photo credit: Wikipedia) Wesley Snipes just celebrated his 50th birthday—in federal prison. The film star remains there over tax charges. See  Actor’s depressing 50th birthday . You may think Snipes was mislead by advisers or just plain foolish to end up in jail over tax charges. Maybe, but he’s not alone and it could have been much worse. After all, Snipes was convicted of failure to file, a misdemeanor. Filing falsely is a felony. You can be prosecuted for failure to file or for filing falsely. You must file a tax return each year with the IRS if your income is over the requisite level. Snipes is over,  way  over. As Snipes’ misdemeanor convictions show, failing to file carries smaller penalties than filing fraudulently. The U.S. taxes all income wherever you earn it. So forget arguing that only foreign-source income is taxable, making your domestic income exempt. There is a convoluted argument that foreign income is different, but don’t

Planned amnesty is wickedness — Oritsejafor

The President, Christian Association of Nigeria, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, has said it will be an act of wickedness, if President Goodluck Jonathan declares amnesty for Boko Haram. Oritsejafor said the pardon could only be granted when members of the sect admitted their wrongdoings. He said, “I don’t know his ambition for second term because I am not a politician; I am a pastor. But that (amnesty) would be wicked. I don’t see why he would have to do that and I don’t see why he would have to consider that because we are facing a very serious situation in Nigeria. “Let

Jumbo pay tears electoral commission apart

INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega | credits: THE disparity in the election allowances paid to different categories of employees in the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission is currently tearing the commission apart. While some members of the RSIEC staff were allegedly paid N84,000 each for the two council elections held in Oyigbo and Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Areas as election hazard/duty allowances, others got N980,000 each for the same elections. The development made aggrieved workers in the commission accuse the management of short-changing employees on the lower cadre. One of the aggrieved persons, who preferred anonymity to avoid victimisation, alleged that though the sum of N70,000 was proposed as hazard allowance for one election, they eventually got N42,000. The source added that even if they got N140,000 each for the two elections, the amount was still a far cry from the N980,000 each paid to chief security officers, confidential secre
