Step-dad rapes teen for more than a year, mother makes her abort 3-month foetus

Repeatedly raped by her stepfather for over an year, a 15-year-old girl got pregnant. Her mother and a woman neighbour then took the girl to a private clinic and got her three-month old foetus aborted. The incident came to light late on Thursday following which the police arrested four persons including the girl's mother, step-father, neighbour and the doctor who performed the abortion. The incident took place in Shital Nagar area of Rohtak district in Haryana. According to the police, a woman Poorna was staying in a rented accommodation with second husband Asha Ram and her 15-year-old daughter from her first marriage. Asha Ram and Poorna used to work as labourers, while the girl used to look after two-room accommodation, which they shared with another family. As per the preliminary investigation Asha Ram had been allegedly raping the girl for the last over an year. Tagg Romney, the oldest son of 2012 presidential candidate and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R),  tweeted  from lockdown Friday morning aspolice searched for a man believed to be the second bomber in Monday’s Boston marathon explosions. Romney addressed the Boston marathon bombings on CNN Tuesday, calling the explosions a " cowardly act. " "They messed with the wrong people," Romney said.
