We have all seen the various tweets from Tonto Dikeh aimed at insulting Mercy Johnson. Corn City is highly impressed with the mature responses from Lola and Mercy Johnson to Tonto Dikeh's immature twitter rantings! Way to go, babes. No need to engage in immature tweeter bickering over nothing.    What's your take on these responses?    

Eight-month-old Xiao Bao is lucky to be alive after he was stabbed 90 times by his mother, mostly in the face, for biting her while she was breastfeeding. He needed more than 100 stitches after the incident in Xuzhou, eastern China's Jiangsu Province. The infant lives with his mother and two uncles, who make a living recycling rubbish. It was one of the uncles who discovered Xiao Bao lying in a pool of blood in the yard of their home and rushed him to hospital.  What a "wicked" mother! How could she stab her innocent 8-month old son 90 times just because he bit her breast?!!! Do you think she's normal or mentally ill?

The former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, was today discharged and acquitted by the Court of Appeal in Lagos for the murder of Kudirat Abiola. The judgment overturns that of the Lagos High Court which convicted and sentenced the retired colonel in January 2012 and sentenced him to death by hanging. The Court of Appeal, in their ruling, said there was not enough evidence to incriminate Al-Mustapha in the murder of Late Mrs Abiola. Chief  MKO Abiola's wife was shot dead on June 4, 1996, on what was alleged to be the orders of Al-Mustapha. 

Popular Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Olayinka James, also known as Baba Ijesha on Saturday tied the knot with his heart throb who according to sources, is a management staff at Samsung in Lagos.. The actor had his traditional wedding at Eko FM hall in Ikeja last year with several industry stakeholders available for the star studded event.  Mr Latin, another funny bone in the Yoruba movie industry was in attendance at his white wedding which was held recently. The Oyo State Police Command on Wednesday paraded Alex Akinyemi, an alleged accomplice in the killing of a student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Miss Seun Adaramoye. The remains of Adaramoye were found by passersby near aguest house at Under-G area of Ogbomosho on June 20, 2013. Assistant Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department, Iyanganku, Ibadan, Dansuki Galadanchi, said upon investigation, the owner of the guest house where the corpse was found told the police that his security guard was involved in the murder. Galadanchi said, "When the owner of that guest house heard about the incident, he called the CCTV engineer to play back the video camera recording. "He saw where one of his security men, Alex Akinyemi, carried the corpse. He quickly reported the matter to the police. The latest assertion to the popular saying, "Wonders never end," has just been recorded in Kaduna State where a young Fulani woman gave birth to a baby with amonkey-like face.  The woman, an indigene of SabonIceh village, gave birth to the monkey-like creature Monday morning at the General hospital Kagarko, Kagarko local government, after several hours of labour.  One of the nurses who attended tothe woman on arrival, told LEADERSHIP that, "the pregnant woman was rushed to the hospital at about 7:30 am, Monday.
