Daily Twitter Plan

Written by mike

Twitter has changed the way the world works 140 characters at a time and you need a daily Twitter plan. If you are trying to make a living online (just about everyone is) then you need to effectively manage your time. It is possible to spend your entire day just keeping up with tweets as they come in but that is like taking 2 steps forward and then sliding 3 steps back. The first thing you need is a website and blog that have social networking elements embedded already.

Tools of the Trade

The goal is to invest no more than 1 hour per day on your Twitter account and you need to be organized to make the most of it. If you are saying to yourself “ I am a great multitasker so there is no need to organize” Any person can make a simple mistake and that mistake could be disastrous. In order to stay on top of everything you need a CRM solution like Social Oomph, Nimble CRM, Buffer, or the popular HootSuite. These solutions will keep you on track with your tweets and deadlines. The secret to success with Internet marketing is being consistent (being rich and famous doesn’t hurt). The goal during this golden hour is to send out an average of 10 tweets 4 random conversations or so and 10 retweets.

Twitter Prevents Automation Which Search Engines Love

With Twitter you cannot automate the small talk process since it happens in real time with real people. Search engines and spammers know that you cannot automate the conversations so they will be indexed more favorably than other social signals. While the reason for using Twitter is to build a base of followers and a reputation picking up some SEO juice can’t hurt right ?

Having A Plan Is Key And We Got One Right Here For You :)

Unlike other sites that just pump out generic content that does nothing to make your life easier we come bearing gifts, well not tangible ones like what you got from Santa but this is something even better. If you stick with the plan we have outlined you should be dominating Twitter in no time at all well no time at all is a stretch but you will be super excited with the results.

The 60 Minute Daily Twitter Plan
Prepare 20 Unique Tweets Each And Every Day (Budget 20 minutes or so)

This is your opportunity to promote content about your business but use some tact and discretion, people can smell desperation and if someone is trying to “sell” them. What you could do is incorporate other credible sources of news and tie it in to the content that you are posting. You want people to say to themselves “ man this guy/gal is really on top of their game”. When you are known to be a credible source of relevant and accurate information people can’t help but gravitate towards you.

Unfollow & Follow New People (Allocate 10 Minutes)

Follow people who have a reputation and influence in your respective niche and remove those who do not serve you any benefit. By cycling through people each and every day you are increasing your notoriety and reach which is vital when you are trying to build a brand just remember to always be consistent, the one day you miss this could be the day you regret for many years to come.

30-40 Retweets Per Day Every Day ! (20 mins)

Retweeting is a pretty simple process you just click the automatic retweet button under each Tweet (if I say Tweet one more time in this sentence I may grow feathers), when you do this the person you are mentioning is going to really appreciate it and may follow you. This is a really great tool to attract followers who can help you expand your reach. A note of caution, while it may seem like a huge time saver to blindly click any retweet that comes up on your screen make sure the comment and person behind it would not cast a negative light on you and what you represent. While it borders on the cliche you are judged by the company you keep in real life and online so make sure you keep your name squeaky clean.

Small Talk/Chit Chat (10 Mins)

This is the best part of the process, you get to directly communicate with people and give the world your insightful spin on things. Human nature being what it is you are more likely to find people who have something in common with you than those who do not. Just remember to be genuine and sincere, there are plastic people out there. When we say plastic people we are not referring to individuals who are made out of actual plastic for those who take things way too literally what we mean is someone who does not have their own personality. Stick to your believes and vision and people will be drawn to your sincerity.

Conclusion

This daily Twitter plan was designed to give you the tools needed to succeed using Twitter. Now here is the hard truth but if we sugar coated things you would not value our relationship and to be honest if we watered things down we could not face ourselves in the mirror. Online success does not require any superior intellect, if you stick with a plan and work it diligently you will realize some measure of success. Where things get challenging is whether you are able to adapt to these changes and grow. The plan we have outlined for you to start off with but only you can decide how far you take it, my question to you is when will you start?

13 Places You Should Visit In before the end of 2013

Wikimedia Commons It's more than halfway through 2013 and even though the summer is winding down, there's still plenty of time to book a trip to a great destination. We looked at major developments, cultural trends, and global festivals to find the hottest places to travel around the world in 2013. Samsung reportedly close to releasing Glass competitor — and Google’s involved

This one is definitely a rumor, but its source is reliable enough to warrant a little speculation. Analyst and blogger  Eldar Murtazin  tweeted a rather definite message this week that Samsung is “developing [its] own version of Google Glass. We will see it (probably) around April – May under Gear Glass brand.” Given that Google’s own version of Glass is not expected to hit the mass market until early 2014, Samsung’s Glass competitor could very well race Google’s to market. That might seem like a nightmare for Google, which has invested heavily in Glass and is no doubt planning for a strong event launch, but as was pointed out in a CNet article, the use of the word “Glass” implies an official partnership. Samsung is known for its aggressive branding and Google would likely raise legal concerns regardless, so it’s unlikely the brand Gear Glass would be used without a partnership. Does Google even want to sell Glass, or does it just want you wearing face-screens? ...
