    I've applied all the things to jailbreak ios 6.1.4 but there is no way to do this what i think.

    i have tried this and it worked, firstly download the iOS 6.1.4 then use it to jailbreak with the jailbreaking software its as simple as that. for more help you can tell me the steps you took so i could help from your steps and see the mistake, and sorry for the delay in reply
