As if re-gaining a bunch of weight wasn't bad enough, former "Biggest Loser" star Tara Costa is now being SUED for porking up again ... and it could cost her a lot of money, TMZ has learned.FC Online Marketing -- which owns ILoveKickboxing.com -- has filed a lawsuit against Costa claiming it entered into a fitness promotional agreement with the reality star ... but she didn't hold up her end of the bargain.The deal breaker ... FCOM  says Costa -- who famously lost 155 POUNDS on "The Biggest Loser: Couples 2" back in 2009 -- had re-gained "far too much weight" in 2011 to represent the brand in photo shoots and public appearances.FCOM says it paid Costa's foundation $45,000 in exchange for her image and likeness ... but since she got fat again, her image has lost all value to the company.FCOM is now suing Costa for breaching the don't-get-fat agreement, demanding unspecified damages.For what it's worth ... from Costa's recent Twitter

Yesterday, Imam Muhammadu Marwana, an influential member of the Boko Haram sect, confirmed a ceasefire agreement with the Federal Government to end their deadly activities.   Vanguard reports that sounding apologetic during the Radio France Hausa Service news, Imam Marwana said: WE are seeking forgiveness from the people over the number of people killed in the country.  I appeal to those who lost their loved ones to our activities to forgive us and on our side we have forgiven all those who committed atrocities against us. One week after university lecturers across Nigeria commenced an indefinite strike the Federal Government said it is taking steps to resolve the contending issues. The Minister of Education, Professor Ruqayyatu Rufa'I, on Monday also appealed to the lecturers, members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), to suspend the strike and "go back to classes". Ms. Rufa'I, who made the appeal at a meeting with vice-chancellors of Nigerian universities in Abuja, said: "we plead with them to go back to classes. "We are having a meeting tomorrow at the National Assembly with the Senate and House of Representatives to resolve all the issues. "Besides, the white paper on the 2010 Visitation Panel Reports on Federal Universities has since been released and forwarded to the universities for implementation. A 34-year-old man, Arogundade Ahmed, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly flogging his son to death. According to eyewitnesses, Arogundade tortured his 13-year-old son, Qudus, to death because Qudus broke into someone's house and attempted to steal. Arogundade was said to have killed his son in the presence of his little sister, Sherifat. This is delightful news. Two Nigerians have won the prestigious Caine Prize for African Writing two years in a row.  Last year, Nigerian writer, Rotimi Babatunde, won the prize for his story Bombay's Republic - a book about Nigerian soldiers who fought in the Burma campaign during World War II. And this year, another Nigerian has won. His name is Tope Folarin, a US-based writer. A 22-Year Old student has been arrested by the police for allegedly offering his 21-year-old girlfriend for sale at GH₵8, 000 for ‘’money ritual". Samuel Dadson, a resident of Kumasi, was said to have lured his girlfriend to Accra for a business transaction, but was arrested by the police who were waiting for him at VIP bus terminal. Briefing the media in Accra yesterday, the Greater Accra Regional Police Commander, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Christian Tetteh Yohuno said in June last year, Dadson met a taxi driver in Accra and through conversation, he expressed the desire for someone to assist him get rich through money rituals, ‘Sakawa’. A 35-year old bus driver, Adewale Adeleke has been arrested by the police for defiling his two daughters. The little girls alleged that their father has been having sex with them for two years. The incident occurred in Ikotun, Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos, southwest  Nigeria.Adeleke was arrested and detained at the Ikotun Police Station over the act. His two daughters, who were in tears, confessed that their father had been sleeping with them since 2011 without the knowledge of their mother who separated from their father last year. The girls are 13 and 10 years old. The eldest of them (name withheld) alleged that their father started sleeping with her when she was 11 years and her sibling when she was eight years old and that it was her father who deflowered her. "Our father sleeps with us frequently. The first time he slept with me, I saw blood coming out of my private part and he used singlet to clean me up," she alleged.
